Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 2-8 business days to have your order processed (this does not include weekends or holidays). Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Find & Track Order page to find your real-time updates for your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or you don't have any updates on our Order Status page after 8 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. Additionally, please wait 20 business days for your order (domestic orders); if it is not received by then, please contact us first through Instagram DMs, text, or email and we can assist you from there. Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Because of the high volume of international orders we have, our warehouses that we ship from are located all around the world, some domestic and some international. For domestic orders with standard free shipping, please allow for 7 to 14 business days after processing. For international orders, please allow up to 20 days, after processing. Orders process in 2-8 business days.

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Simply find the pieces you want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: How do the grillz fit? Do they come with mold? How will they fit my teeth?
